When someone at one of the schools tries to go somewhere on the web that the filtering system blocks, they get redirected to a State web page that tells them why they've been blocked, and provides a link to an online form where they can request that the administrator review the site. All of these review requests wind up in my email inbox. Below is one that I received yesterday morning. The very last line is what the user entered as their reason for requesting administrative review...
