Of the applicability of revelations

Back in the summer I realized that, with all the stuff we have to do in the fall, one of the most important jobs I had to do was set the tempo in my group: to move from the summer's manic go-go-go to a sustainable long-haul pace. I shouldn't be surprised that the person who needs to get that message the loudest and clearest is me.
