Not dead ... yet

Courtesy of people being stubborn in their convictions, I get the pleasure of spending most of tomorrow sitting in a courtroom at the Labor Board of the Connecticut Department of Labor as an "on call" witness in the prohibited (work) practice complaint brought by AFSCME local 1716 against the City of Hartford, and more specifically, my Boss. The trial will be conducted before a panel of three administrative law judges. Testimony is given under oath. So, it's a real court of law, but not quite ... at least that's what the City attorney has told me.

Bleah.
